How to get quick support

This helpdesk is a Nxt Community effort, so at this time, our service is 'best effort'. Please be aware that we are unpaid volunteers that offer support because we are long time Nxt users who want to help you. This also means that it can sometimes take a bit longer for you to get a reply.

If you think a reply is taking too long, we advise you to ask your question on www.nxtforum.org or in the #helpdesk chat channel on nxtchat.slack.com. You can get an invite for the Slack via nxtchat.herokuapp.com.

If you ask your question, please include all details that are necessary for the answer. For example don't just say "it doesn't work", but please include the error message and more details about what goes wrong. If possible, also include your Nxt address or a transaction id. Do NOT send us your secret passphrase.
